Being a cadet boosts your health and education, says new report

Being a cadet boosts your health, well-being and education – as well as making you a better all-round citizen.

And, according to a new report by the Institute of Social Innovation and Impact at the University of Northampton, those who volunteer as cadet force adult volunteers also benefit personally from being part of the cadet movement – as well as making an invaluable contribution to the young people they support.
