Meet Fiona Guise, the new Support Services Administrative Officer at RFCA YH HQ.
Based in York
I live with my family in the heart of York having moved here nearly a year ago. Being new to York means that I enjoy taking time to know the city and exploring all it has to offer from heritage, history and hospitality.
From Education
I’ve worked in various roles predominantly in education at Leeds College of Building and most recently at at a local primary school. I heard the RFCA is a great place to work and so I am very pleased to have successfully applied for this job and work with the team here.
In her new role
I’m currently learning about my new role as Support Services Admin and all the aspects of RFCA as an organisation which I’m finding very interesting. I’m also very much enjoying the dog-friendly office environment! I look forward to supporting the administrative operations and getting to know all the areas of we support, including regional reserve units, cadet units and volunteer estate team.
In my free time…
I enjoy spending time with my family and socialising along with walking, cycling, cooking and playing table tennis in the park when it’s occasionally not raining!
Thanks for chatting with us, Fiona. Welcome to the team. It’s great to have you on board.
