The basis of any effective press release is the who, what, when, where and why – otherwise known as the ‘five W’s’. Our Press Release Information Form is designed to help you answer all of these questions and allows you to give additional details, background information and your own personal touch.

Producing original content can be a time consuming process. If you complete the form in full and send it to [email protected], we will put a press release together on your behalf. We can also give you advice on how to distribute your releases and images to the media and whether or not a story is likely to be of interest to them in the first instance.

Writing Press Releases

In an industry governed by deadlines, journalists and news outlets want content that’s ready to be used immediately and with minimal intervention.

For those with the time to spare, we have put together a template to help you produce a press release that can be sent to your local newsdesk or reporter. The document includes a list of tips and advice on how to pitch your articles.
