The Reserve Forces’ & Cadets’ Association (RFCA) in Yorkshire & The Humber is an independent, community-based organisation with the responsibility of advising and assisting the Defence Council.

Estates Surveyor (North)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Estates Surveyor based at the RFCA in York. This a full-time Crown Service, Grade C2 post with a salary of £31,696.

The Estates Surveyor is responsible to the Head of Estates for the provision of technical direction, advice and assistance to enable the implementation of the Reserve Forces’ and Cadets’ Association’s building, mechanical, electrical, civil engineering and Facilities Management plans. This is to be achieved by ensuring statutory and mandatory compliance and value-for-money management of the Association’s properties across the Estate and financial policy laid down by the Defence Infrastructure Organisation on behalf of all customers.

Employer Engagement Administrative Officer

A vacancy has arisen for an Employer Engagement Admin Officer based at the RFCA in York. This a full-time Crown Service, Grade E1 post with a salary of £19,911.

The post holder is responsible for providing general admin assistance to the Employer Engagement team as necessary under the direction of the Regional Employer Engagement Director.

Responsible for administrative support within the Headquarters of RFCA YH; including IT systems, human resources, data protection and facilities management.
