On Friday 10th May 2013, cadets and staff from Yorkshire (N&W) Army Cadet Force joined others from across 15 North East Brigade to take part in the annual Brigade Skill At Arms Target Rifle Meeting at the Cadet Training Centre (CTC) at Strensall.

Cadet Corporal Josh Croft, a 16 year old Army Cadet from Scarborough, is celebrating after a successful couple of months.

Armed Forces Day is due to take place on Saturday 29 June and activities will be taking place in Yorkshire and The Humber as well as the rest of the UK to thank the men and women currently employed by the Armed Forces as well as veterans who have previously been mobilised to locations around the world.

“Eternal glory”…well that’s what Harry Potter got, but what we get is a shiny yellow badge with the letter ‘M’ that everybody in the Army Cadet Force wants.
