Over four-hundred Air Cadets from Central and East Yorkshire Wing came together on Sunday 7 July at RAF Leeming in Northallerton for a day of competitions and fun at the Wing Competition Day. The event provided the opportunity for the Wing’s 31 Squadrons to join together in a full day of activities ranging from media, leadership, drill including banner drill to STEM, first aid, shooting and modelling.
With eight competitions running simultaneously at various locations around the station, both staff and cadets were kept busy running around and being in the right place at the right time.
The event concluded with the Wing formed up on the Sports Field for the presentation of the trophies.
