The RFCA’s employer engagement team are to host a series of online workshops to support businesses and organisations aiming for awards under the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS).
They’ll be sending invitations to the events to employers in the region over the next few days and hope the workshops will give participants the information they need to gain a prestigious Government accolade.

Richard Lenton said: “The purpose of the workshops is to give employers the insight and support they need to progress to the next level of the ERS scheme which recognises forces-friendly practice.
“Last year we had record numbers of winners and we want to build on this success in 2021.”
The Zoom events are:
Thursday, 21 January – for Silver Award winners wishing to progress to Gold
Thursday, 28 January – for Bronze Award winners to progress to Silver, and
Thursday 4 February – for Armed Forces Covenant holders to progress to a Bronze Award.
