Commander of 19th Light Brigade featured in the October 2024 issue of Soldier Magazine
Soldier Magazine spotlights Brigadier Brooks in the most recent issue. Brig Brooks is the new commander of the 19th Light Brigade, the Army’s first fully reservist brigade outside of Northern Ireland since the Second World War.
